A licence, a supplementary resources list and a reference-materials approval are different things. Each is described as issued.
Curriculum licence · 2026Licensed as an Educational Curriculum Series (licence NCC: LC0000000372, issued 25 August 2026): SKOOL21 STEM Resource series for KG, in English, under the Singapore curriculum type. An earlier Ministry of Education licence in 2023 covered ten titles (Resource Book Pre-K to Grade 5, Innovator’s Handbook Levels 6 to 8).
Ministry approval · 2025Approved for use as reference materials in primary and secondary schools (letter of 27 June 2025). The evaluation found the projects feasible, sequenced from simple to complex and easy to read.
Listed on the 2025 to 2026 Supplementary Educational Resources List for the primary level: STEM Resource Book for Grades 1 to 5 and STEM Innovators Handbook for Grade 6. This is a supplementary resources list.

When schools use SKOOL21 workbooks, kits and assessments, the school decides how learner information is used. SKOOL21 acts on the school’s instructions.
Printed materials and paper assessment work without the digital platform, which is still in development.
The commitments for the digital platform are published before it opens: no advertising to learners, no sale of learner data and no advertising profiles.
Photographs and film of children appear only where the school and the child’s parents have given consent, and never beside a full name.
